All physical items are eligible for refund ONLY in the instance that damage is visible on said custom product, this is valid if damage is discovered within 7 days of receiving your item. Due to the custom nature of each art piece that I create, I cannot guarantee refunds and this is made clear in each listing. - Non-Refundable Items
Otherwise, all digital items are ineligible for any refunds as I cannot track whether or not a product was downloaded. This includes digital art pieces, downloaded digital derivatives of physical art pieces, and digital subscriptions purchased on this platform, a paid digital subscription on Fornesus Blog, and a paid digital subscription to Chris City, unless stated more specifically on the WordPress.com and Substack platforms, respectively. - Avoiding Chargebacks
